Welcome to Kind Aesthetic and Wellness Clinic. By booking or receiving services at our clinic, you
agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with treatment.

  1. Appointment Scheduling
    All treatments and consultations must be booked in advance. Walk-in appointments may be
    accommodated subject to availability.
    Appointments can be scheduled via our online booking system, by phone, or in person.

  2. Payment
    Payment for all services is required at the time of treatment, unless other arrangements have been
    agreed upon in advance.
    We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and online payments.
    Payments for treatment courses or packages must be made in full prior to commencement, unless
    stated otherwise.

  3. Insurance
    We accept most major insurance providers. Patients must provide accurate insurance information at the time of service, and patients are responsible for verifying their coverage and understanding their benefits.

  4. Cancellation Policy
    We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
    Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
    Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

  5. Age Policy
    We welcome clients under the age of 18 for specific, non-invasive treatments only, such as facials
    and acne management treatments.
    A parent or legal guardian’s consent is required before any treatment is carried out.
    Certain advanced or medical aesthetic procedures remain strictly available to clients 18 years and
    older.

  6. Medical Records & Consultation
    All clients must complete a medical and consent form prior to any treatment.
    You must provide accurate and up-to-date medical information.
    Medical records are stored securely and may be accessed or copied in accordance with UK data
    protection laws.
    A reasonable administration fee may apply for printed copies.

  7. Confidentiality
    All personal and medical information will be treated as strictly confidential.
    We comply fully with the UK GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
    Information will only be shared when legally required or necessary for treatment purposes.

  8. Client Behaviour
    We expect all clients to treat our staff and other clients with respect and courtesy.
    We reserve the right to refuse treatment or service to anyone displaying abusive, disruptive, or
    inappropriate behaviour.

  9. Emergency Services
    Kind Aesthetic and Wellness Clinic does not provide emergency medical services.
    In an emergency, please call 999 or go directly to your nearest A&E; department.

  10. Feedback
    We value your feedback and continuously aim to improve our service.

  11. Refunds and Results
    We aim to provide high-quality treatments and client satisfaction.
    However, aesthetic results can vary between individuals, and therefore results cannot be
    guaranteed.
    Refunds are not provided for completed treatments or prescription-only medications in compliance
    with UK legislation (Human Medicines Regulations 2012 and Consumer Contracts Regulations
    2013).
    If you are dissatisfied, we encourage you to contact us to discuss further review or corrective care.

  12. Complaints Policy
    If you wish to make a formal complaint, please request our Complaints Policy at reception or via
    email.
    We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days and provide a full response within 20
    working days.

  13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
    Kind Aesthetic and Wellness Clinic reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time
    without prior notice.
    Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.

  14. Telephone & Communication Policy
    Calls and electronic communications may be recorded or monitored for training, verification, and
    quality assurance purposes.
    All recordings are treated with confidentiality.
    If you prefer not to have your calls recorded, please inform our reception team and we will provide
    alternative communication options.

  15. Promotions & Special Offers
    Only one promotion per person may be used at a time.
    Offers are valid for new clients unless otherwise stated.
    Treatments purchased on promotion must be used within 6 months of purchase.
    All promotional sales are non-refundable and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
    All promotions are subject to consultation and client suitability.
    The clinic reserves the right to withdraw any offer at any time.

  16. Deliveries and Orders
    Kind Aesthetic and Wellness Clinic accepts no responsibility for courier delays, damages, or missed
    deliveries once an order has been dispatched.
    Any delivery issues must be taken up directly with the courier provider.
    We will provide reasonable assistance where possible, but liability ends once the parcel leaves our
    premises.
